Vessel Traffic Services Assistant - 12 months fixed term
Reports To: VTS Supervisor
Role: 12 month fixed term position.
Salary: £53,065 per annum - 37 hours per week in a fixed rota including day and night shifts, with built in holidays.

The Marine department facilitates the safe and efficient handling of shipping as required by the Aberdeen Harbour Acts and all relevant sections of the Port Marine Safety Code.
The role of VTS Assistant is to provide support to the VTS Officer in ensuring the safety of vessels, their crew, the environment and port infrastructure and provide information in oral and written format to internal and external stakeholders.
