Senior People & Culture Advisor
Location: Aberdeen
Role: 36.5 hours per week
Salary: Salary up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Advisor to support the team in the provision of a proactive and professional HR service and the delivery of the People and Culture strategic priorities.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the Senior People & Culture Advisor will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, providing advice and guidance on internal policies, procedures and relevant employment legislation to ensure fairness and consistency in application. Particular focus will be given to coaching and advising Line Managers and developing the leadership capability across Port of Aberdeen.
